- The GRE team reviews the request and looks within its network to identify an individual or organization that has successfully navigated a similar challenge.
- The provider may be:

- A researcher or technical expert who has studied or implemented solutions.
- A policy expert or government official who has facilitated large-scale solutions.
- The matchmaking process ensures that the knowledge provider is well-equipped to share actionable insights.
- Once the match is established, a GRE Clinic session is scheduled, bringing the knowledge seeker and provider together in a structured setting.
