Our playbooks are a result of embedded learning with field practitioners
This process helped us document some of the processes that were never documented on a Solution oriented manner. I believe that playbooks will will help us expand these interventions to other districts in Uttar Pradesh.

Playbook can take many forms: Videos, Posters, Handbooks, Brochures.
Playbook is a user-centric tool – the user of the playbook is kept at the centre of the process. Their understanding, access and requirements are the basis of playbook creation.
A playbook to create playbooks!
From our experience in the field, we understand that CSOs across this country are a repository of incredible knowledge. We cannot possibly visit each one and design a playbook with them. But we can provide the tools that allow them to design them independently!
